Those entering Midland from the west (Ohio) should turn right from State Route 68 onto South 12th Street. Those entering Midland from the east (Beaver) should turn left from State Route 68 onto South 12th Street. Once on South 12th Street, continue past the Subway restaurant for approximately one half mile before turning right into the Charles J. Betters Innovation Center parking lot.
