Please note that we are now accepting applications from students for the upcoming 2023-24 academic year.

Building for the future begins with becoming the best version of yourself. The Midland Innovation + Technology Charter School (MITCS) is a new public high school. MITCS provides students in grades 9 through 12 with the chance to tackle real-life projects and pursue areas of personal interest to prepare them for a world of opportunity. Take the first steps on your journey to your future.

STEP 1
Learn more about charter schools

Charter schools are publicly funded, privately managed schools that obtain a “charter” from local school boards in order to open their doors to Pennsylvania students. They are schools of choice: choice to parents, students, teachers, and administrators. Parents and students get to choose to enroll in a school that may offer a unique learning environment or offer alternative learning methodologies.
