On December 19, 2022, two Midland Innovation + Technology Charter School's students toured the Pittsburgh Training Center of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (UBC). The students were accompanied by Donna Jezowicz, the Career Technical and Skilled Trades Instructor at MITCS. Together, they toured the facility and the students had an opportunity to try out the Centers’ VRTEX® 360 system, the best-in-class, advanced-level, virtual reality welding simulator. MITCS is proud to partner with the UBC for continued student training and educational opportunities.
